摘 要:随着时间的推移,建筑物因材料老化、过度使用以及环境因素的侵蚀,其结构性能逐渐减弱,原设计标准可能不再适用,因此,对既有建筑的结构进行检测与鉴定,对于预防潜在风险,保障建筑安全具有不可替代的作用。本文深入探讨了既有建筑结构检测与鉴定的必要性和重要性,介绍了既有建筑检测和鉴定的相关内容,包括非破坏性检测技术和破坏性检测技术等,通过某教学楼的实际案例分析,展示了检测与鉴定技术在实际工程中的应用。结果表明:通过以上检测技术手段,能够识别结构的薄弱环节并提供量化的评价指标,基于对既有建筑结构健康状况的准确评估,能够制定出更为精确和针对性的加固设计方案,以确保建筑物的长期稳定和安全使用。Over time,due to material aging,overuse,and environmental factors,the structural performance of buildings gradually weakens,and the original design standards may become outdated.Therefore,conducting inspections and appraisals of existing building structures plays an irreplaceable role in preventing potential risks and ensuring building safety.This article delves into the necessity and importance of inspecting and appraising existing building structures,introducing various aspects of such inspections and appraisals,including non-destructive and destructive testing technologies.Through practical case studies,it illustrates the application of these inspection and appraisal techniques in real-world engineering projects.The findings reveal that these detection techniques can identify structural vulnerabilities and provide quantitative evaluation metrics.Based on an accurate assessment of the health status of existing building structures,more precise and targeted reinforcement design schemes can be formulated,thereby ensuring the long-term stability and safe use of buildings.
