低温下内墙腻子和轻质抹灰石膏的相容性研究

摘　　要：本文探索了环境温度、轻质抹灰石膏和内墙腻子的养护时间、内墙腻子种类、界面剂种类等对内墙腻子和轻质抹灰石膏之间相容性的影响。结果表明:在低温条件下,灰钙基腻子和一般型水泥基腻子与抹灰石膏的粘结强度分别是一般型内墙腻子的6.5倍和9倍,而使用VAE乳液类界面剂涂刷抹灰石膏层,一般型内墙腻子的粘结力增加6.5倍。This paper explores the effects of ambient temperature on the job-site,conditioning time of light-weight gypsum plaster and putty for interior wall,types and interfacial agents on the compatibility between putty for interior wall and light-weight gypsum plaster.The results show that hydrated lime-based putty and general cement-based putty’s adhesive strength with gypsum plaster are 6.5 and 9 times higher than that of general puty at low temperature,and the application of VAE-type interfacial agent on light-weight gypsum plaster makes adhesive strength of general putty for lnterior increase by 6.5 times.
