摘 要:红色景点的旅游者偏好分析不仅能提升红色景点开发价值,而且还能增强红色文化教育效果。基于旅游者红色景点评论信息和问卷调研数据,利用内容分析法、陈述性偏好法(SP)和离散选择模型,分析旅游者对延安红色景点的选择需求偏好。研究结果表明,景点类型、导游服务和拥挤程度是旅游者选择延安红色景点时的重要影响因素;红色演出是旅游者最感兴趣的红色景点类型,其次为遗址遗迹和综合性纪念馆,伟人故居对旅游者景点选择效用的影响并不显著;导游服务对旅游者景点选择效用的影响作用并不显著,拥挤程度显著性负向影响旅游者景点选择效用。在此基础上,从景点类型、智慧旅游等方面提出延安红色景点的组合优化建议。The analysis of tourists'preference in red scenic spots can not only enhance the development of red scenic spots but also strengthen the effect of red culture education.Based on the tourists'comments on the red scenic spots and the questionnaire survey data,this paper analyzes the tourists'preference for the red scenic spots in Yan'an by using content analysis method,stated preference and discrete selection model.The results show that the types of scenic spots,the service of tour guides and the crowding are important factors for tourists to choose the red scenic spots in Yan'an.The red show is the most interesting scenic spot for tourists,followed by the relics and comprehensive Memorial Hall.The former residence of the great man has no significant impact on the effectiveness of tourists'red spots choice.The service of tour guide doesn't affect the utility of tourist's choice significantly,and the crowding has a negative impact on the utility of tourist attraction selection.Based on this,the paper proposes the optimal combination of red scenic spots from the aspects of scenic spot types and smart tourism.
