摘　　要：后疫情时代经济渐进复苏,就业市场充满挑战。为有效提升贫困大学生的就业竞争力,以贫困大学生群体为研究对象,依托目标牵引理论构建贫困大学生就业竞争力提升体系,从学业、思想政治、职业发展、资助与就业帮扶四个模块分别提出相应的对策。In the post pandemic era,the economy is gradually recovering,but the job market is full of challenges.To effectively enhance the employment competitiveness of impoverished college students,this study focuses on the group of impoverished college students,we built a system to enhance the employment competitiveness of impoverished college students based on the goal driven theory,and proposed strategies from four modules:academic,ideological and political,career development,funding,and employment assistance.
