摘　　要：在政治发展进程中,善治是中国共产党治国理政的重要抓手和系统工程,善治目标的实现要立足于中国历史进程,围绕民生、民意和民情而展开。在通向中国式现代化道路的进程中,中国共产党立足于现实国情和民族复兴的善治使命,开展了一系列政治体制改革的探索。为落实善治为民的价值定位,中国共产党以人民为中心,独立自主地开展了一系列中国式现代化实践,这不仅体现了中国式现代化的善治特色,也彰显了为人类做贡献的善治情怀。总体来看,中国式现代化的历史进程与价值定位贯穿于为民造福的价值立场,现代化道路的成功实践,不仅回应了人民群众多方面多层次的美好生活需求,也必将为整个人类社会的发展作出更大的贡献。In the process of political development,good governance is an important and systematic project for the CPC to govern the country.The realization of the goal of good governance should be based on Chinese history and centered on people’s livelihood,public opinion and public sentiment.In the process of Chinese path to modernization,the CPC,based on the realistic national conditions and the good governance mission of national rejuvenation,carried out a series of practical explorations to save the nation and promote development and revitalization.In order to implement the value orientation of good governance for the people,the CPC has carried out a series of independent Chinese path to modernization practices with the people as the center,which not only reflects the good governance characteristics of Chinese path to modernization,but also highlights the good governance feelings of Chinese path to modernization that makes contributions to mankind.On the whole,the historical process and value orientation of Chinese path to modernization run through the value position of serving the people.The successful practice of Chinese path to modernization not only responds to the people’s demands for a better life in many aspects and at many levels,but also inevitably makes greater contribution to the development of the entire human society.
