摘　　要：在当代教育领域,体育教学不再局限于身体素质的培养,更加注重学生综合能力的提升,尤其是对于团队协作、竞技精神和运动意识的培育。排球意识是指运动员在排球比赛中对场上情况快速做出判断并采取相应行动的能力,这包括对比赛规则的理解、对战术运用的把握以及与队友之间的默契配合等。旨在通过高校教师的视角,探索和构建一套有效的教学策略体系,专门针对提升中学生的排球意识,旨在帮助学生更好地理解排球运动的规律,提高技能学习效率,并在比赛中做出快速准确的判断。In the field of contemporary education,physical education teaching is no longer limited to the cultivation of physical quality,but pays more attention to the improvement of students' comprehensive ability,especially the cultivation of teamwork,competitive spirit and sports consciousness.Volleyball consciousness refers to the ability of the players to judge the situation on the court quickly and take corresponding actions in the volleyball match,including the understanding of the rules of the game,the grasp of the use of tactics and the tacit cooperation between teammates.This study aims to explore and build a set of effective teaching strategy system from the perspective of college teachers,specifically aimed at improving middle school students' volleyball awareness,aiming to help students better understand the rules of volleyball,improve the efficiency of skill learning,and make quick and accurate judgments in the game.
