湖南省中小企业数字化转型试点推进路径研究

摘　　要：数字化转型已成为中小企业提升生存能力、增强成长活力进而实现高质量发展的重要途径。支持中小企业数字化转型已经成为各级政府工作重点,各省(市、区)都在积极探索中小企业数字化转型路径。本文通过梳理各省(市、区)推进国家级、省级中小企业数字化转型试点的推广模式与典型经验,从整体层面、产业层面、企业层面、平台层面等维度总结分析湖南省中小企业数字化转型的现状和困难,充分考虑湖南省已有政策,围绕模式选择、平台建设、配套举措等方面提出了推进省级中小企业数字化转型试点工作的路径建议,为湖南省推进中小企业数字化转型试点工作提供借鉴。Digital transformation has become a crucial avenue for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)to enhance their survival capabilities,boost growth vitality,and achieve high-quality development.Supporting the digital transformation of SMEs has become a key priority for governments at all levels,with various provinces and cities actively exploring pathways for this transition.This paper reviews the pilot models and typical experiences of promoting national and provincial digital transformation for SMEs across different regions.It summarizes and analyzes the current status and challenges of digital transformation among SMEs in Hunan Province from multiple dimensions,including overall,industrial,enterprise,and platform levels.Taking into account existing policies in Hunan,the paper proposes suggestions for advancing provincial pilot projects in SMEs' digital transformation,focusing on model selection,platform development,and supporting measures,thus providing valuable references for Hunan's efforts in this area.
