哮喘患者心理困扰现状及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:观察哮喘患者心理困扰现状,并分析其相关影响因素。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月南昌市人民医院收治的84例哮喘患者作为研究对象,参照凯斯勒心理困扰量表(K10)对哮喘患者心理困扰现状进行评估,并自拟一般资料问卷表,比较不同性别、年龄等资料的患者K10评分,经线性回归探究哮喘患者心理困扰的影响因素。结果:84例哮喘患者经评估,K10评分为(26.54±4.19)分,处于中度困扰水平。不同病程、婚姻状况、合并慢性病数目、自我效能资料的患者K10评分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.656、3.640、2.902、7.170,P<0.05);线性回归分析结果显示,病程≥5年、婚姻状况为无伴侣、合并慢性病数目≥2个、自我效能低水平均为哮喘患者心理困扰的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(t=6.007、5.333、4.640、4.981,P<0.05)。结论:哮喘患者心理困扰处于中度水平,病程、婚姻状况、合并慢性病数目及自我效能均是其影响因素,临床可针对上述影响因素,为患者实施针对性护理措施,以减轻患者心理困扰程度,改善其生活质量。Objective:To observe the status quo of psychological distress in patients with asthma,and analyze its related influencing factors.Methods:84 patients with asthma admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected to evaluate the status quo of psychological distress of patients with asthma by referring to Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10).K10 scores of patients with different gender and age were compared,and the influencing factors of psychological distress of patients with asthma were explored by linear regression.Results:K10 score of 84 asthmatic patients was(26.54±4.19),which was at the level of moderate distress.There was statistically significant difference in K10 score of patients with different disease course,marital status,number of chronic diseases and self-efficacy data(t=6.656,3.640,2.902,7.170;P<0.05).The results of linear regression analysis showed that the duration of disease≥5 years,marital status of no partner,number of chronic diseases≥2,and low self-efficacy were the influencing factors of psychological distress of asthma patients(t=6.007,5.333,4.640,4.981;P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological distress of patients with asthma is at a moderate level.The course of disease,marital status,number of chronic diseases and self-efficacy are the influencing factors.According to the above influencing factors,targeted nursing measures can be implemented for patients to reduce the degree of psychological distress,and improve their quality of life.
