摘　　要：总结1例冠心病患者冠状动脉介入术中出现心包填塞、血管破裂行冠状动脉旁路移植术后实施心脏康复的护理经验,根据心脏康复五大处方制定个体化的康复护理方案对患者进行院内康复护理。主要干预措施包括自制患者服药明细表,鼓励患者和家属参与用药安全;根据患者心肺功能情况进行间歇或持续的有氧活动;根据患者的进食状态、既往疾病史、饮食喜好及体重指数等制定营养处方合理膳食;积极的心理干预及戒烟限酒。经过26 d的治疗与心脏康复护理后,患者预后良好出院。The study summarizes the nursing experience of cardiac rehabilitation after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)for a patient with pericardial tamponade and vascular rupture during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).According to the five prescriptions of cardiac rehabilitation,the individual rehabilitation nursing plan is made to carry on the in-hospital rehabilitation nursing to the patients.The main interventions include self-made patient medication schedules,encouraging patients and family members to participate in medication safety,intermittent or continuous aerobic activity based on the patients’cardiopulmonary function,and the use of oxygen.According to the patients’eating status,history of disease,diet preference and body mass index,it is necessary to formulate reasonable diet,and give positive psychological intervention and limit alcohol consumption.After 26 days of treatment and cardiac rehabilitation care,the patients have good prognosis and are discharged.
