摘　　要：儿童和青少年肥胖患病率在不同的国家各不相同,但总体在20世纪后半叶和21世纪初急剧上升,之后肥胖总患病率处于平台期,但重度肥胖的患病率持续攀升。肥胖病因有行为因素、遗传因素、内分泌原因、下丘脑性原因和代谢程序化原因。儿童肥胖受行为因素的影响较大,是肥胖治疗的重点。The prevalence of childhood and adolescent obesity varies in different countries,but overall increased sharply in the second half of the 20th century and the early 21st century,after which there was a plateau in the overall prevalence of obesity,but the prevalence of severe obesity continued to rise.The causes of obesity include behavior factors,genetic factors,endocrine causes,hypothalamic causes and metabolic programs.Childhood obesity is strongly influenced by behavior factors.They are the focuses of obesity treatment.
