热敏灸“中脘”穴联合黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸“中脘”穴联合黄芪建中汤对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者疼痛程度、中医症状体征改善情况以及临床疗效的影响。方法:将80例符合标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组患者采用黄芪建中汤联合治疗热敏灸“中脘”穴治疗,对照组患者口服泮托拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度、中医症状积分以及临床疗效。结果:治疗后14 d,治疗组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.654,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者中医症状积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.088、5.210、10.543、4.910、2.575、3.900、3.335、6.322、6.666,P<0.05);治疗组患者临床控制率、总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680、7.825,P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸“中脘”穴联合黄芪建中汤能够改善脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的疼痛程度、中医症状,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the effects of heat-sensitive moxibustion at the“Zhongwan”point combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the pain degree,the improvement of TCM symptoms and signs,and the clinical efficacy of patients with gastric pain with spleen stomach deficiency cold.Methods:80 patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion at the“Zhongwan”point,and the control group was treated with pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets.The pain degree,TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:14 days after treatment,VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=9.654;P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(t=4.088,5.210,10.543,4.910,2.575,3.900,3.335,6.322,6.666;P<0.05).The clinical control rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,7.825;P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat-sensitive moxibustion“Zhongwan”point combined with Astragalus Jianzhong soup can improve the pain degree and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of patients with stomach deficiency and cold epigastric pain,and improve the clinical efficacy.
