小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗疱疹病毒性龈口炎患儿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗疱疹病毒性龈口炎患儿的疗效。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月河南省儿童医院收治的80例疱疹病毒性龈口炎患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组40例,观察组40例。对照组给予重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗,观察组在此基础上增加小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,比较两组患儿的临床症状相关指标、炎症指标、免疫指标及不良反应。结果:观察组体温复常、疱疹消退及食欲恢复时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(t=2.793、2.962、3.025,P<0.05)。治疗5 d后,观察组血清降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=7.832、5.342、5.256、26.726,P<0.05)。治疗5 d后,观察组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平较对照组低,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.337、2.388、2.627、2.706,P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿豉翘清热颗粒与重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂联合用于疱疹病毒性龈口炎患儿的治疗中,可降低机体炎症水平,改善其免疫功能,促进患儿康复,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b Spray on herpes virus gingivitis in children.Methods:Selecting 80 children with herpes virus gingival stomatitis admitted to Henan Children’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 as the research subjects,and randomly dividing them into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given recombinant human interferonα-2b Spray treatment.On this basis,the observation group added the treatment of Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules.The clinical symptoms related indicators,inflammatory indicators,immune indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group had a shorter time for body temperature to return to normal,herpes to subside,and appetite to recover compared to the control group(t=2.793,2.962,3.025;P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the levels of serum procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and serum amyloid A(SAA)in observation group were lower than those in control group(t=7.832,5.342,5.256,26.726;P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)were higher than those in the control group(t=3.337,2.388,2.627,2.706;P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules and recombinant human interferonα-2b spray combined with herpesvirus gingival stomatitis in children can reduce the level of body inflammation,improve their immune function,promote the recovery of children,and has high safety.
