摘　　要：目的:研究重组人促卵泡激素联合绒促性素治疗排卵障碍性不孕症(ovulation dysfunction infertility,ODI)患者的效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2023年7月滨州医学院附属医院收治的100例ODI患者作为研究对象,以电脑编号单双数字法随机分为联合组(n=50)与参考组(n=50)。参考组实施绒促性素肌注治疗,联合组在参考组基础上应用实施重组人促卵泡激素注射治疗。比较两组优势卵泡直径与成熟卵泡数量,内分泌指标[促卵泡生成素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、孕酮(progesterone,P)]水平,成功排卵率、妊娠率,卵巢血流动力学[搏动指数(pulsation index,PI)、阻力指数(resistance index,RI)及收缩期峰值流速(peak systolic velocity,PSV)]。结果:治疗后,两组优势卵泡直径、成熟卵泡数量及FSH、LH、E2、P、PI、PSV水平较治疗前升高,且联合组较参考组高,两组RI较治疗前降低,且联合组较参考组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组成功排卵率、妊娠率较参考组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组人促卵泡激素与绒促性素联用可提高ODI患者卵巢功能,改善内分泌指标水平,提高排卵率与妊娠率。Objective:To study the effect of Recombinant Human Follicle-stimulating Hormone combined with Chorionic Gonadotropin in the treatment of patients with ovulation disorder infertility(ODI).Method:A total of 100 patients with ODI who admitted to Binzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the combined group(n=50)and the reference group(n=50)by computer number single and double digital method.The reference group was treated with intramuscular injection of Chorionic Gonadotropin,and the combined group was treated with Recombinant Human Follicle-stimulating Hormone injection on the basis of the reference group.The diameter of dominant follicles and number of mature follicles,endocrine indexes[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)]levels,successful ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,ovarian hemodynamics[pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI)and peak systolic velocity(PSV)]were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the diameter of dominant follicles,the number of mature follicles and the levels of FSH,LH,E2,P,PI and PSV in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group,the RI of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the combined group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the successful ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the combined group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Recombinant Human Follicle-stimulating Hormone and Chorionic Gonadotropin can improve the ovarian function of patients with ODI,improve the levels of endocrine indicators,and increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
