失效及效应分析联合生活希望计划护理在急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者功能康复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨失效及效应分析(failure mode and effects analysis,FMEA)联合生活希望计划护理在急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者功能康复中的应用研究。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2020年11月—2021年11月蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院收治的86例急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者,根据住院编号奇偶数分组,奇数为对照组,偶数为观察组。对照组(n=43)给予常规护理,观察组(n=43)在基础上给予FMEA联合生活希望计划护理,观察并比较两组干预前、干预4周后的不良情绪、心理应激及功能康复情况。结果:干预4周后,观察组不良情绪评分低于对照组,躯体反应、心理反应以及社会行为评分均低于对照组,观察组神经功能评分低于对照组,肢体运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FMEA联合生活希望计划护理干预可显著缓解急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者不良情绪,降低心理应激水平,促进神经功能和运动功能康复。Objective:To explore the application of failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)combined life hope program nursing in functional rehabilitation of hemiplegic after acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 86 patients with hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected by convenience sampling method.They were divided into odd and even groups according to their hospitalization numbers,with odd numbers as the control group and even numbers as the observation group.The control group(n=43)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(n=43)was given FMEA combined life hope program nursing.The adverse mood,psychological stress and functional rehabilitation of the two groups before and after 4 weeks of intervention were observed and compared.Result:After 4 weeks of intervention,the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the physical reaction,psychological reaction and social behavior scores were lower than that of the control group,and the neurological function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the limb motor function score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:FMEA combined with life hope program nursing can significantly relieve the bad mood of hemiplegia patients after acute cerebral infarction,reduce the level of psychological stress,promote the recovery of neural function and motor function.
