摘  要:随着我国城市化进程的加快和人民生活水平的提高,城市土地资源日趋紧张。在此背景下,高层楼宇越来越多地出现在人们生活中。为提高居住舒适度、保证住宅建筑的使用功能及安全性,在高层楼宇大开间结构设计中应注重抗震性能优化设计。基于此,本文从高层住宅建筑结构抗震设计要点入手,对高层住宅建筑抗震效果影响因素进行分析,并提出高层住宅抗震性能优化设计的有效策略,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。With the acceleration of urbanization process and the improvement of people's living standards in China,urban land resources become increasingly tight.In this context,high-rise buildings are increasingly emerging in people's lives.In order to improve the living comfort and ensure the use function and safety of residential buildings,the design of large-bay structures in high-rise buildings should consider the optimal design of seismic performance.Based on this condition,this paper introduces the key points of seismic design of high-rise residential buildings,analyzes the influencing factors of seismic effect of high-rise residential buildings,and proposes effective strategies for the optimal design of seismic performance of high-rise residential buildings,so as to provide reference for relevant staff.
