摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)在我国发病率逐年增高,且严重影响患者的健康及生活质量,且有终身复发倾向,临床治疗存在复发率较高、药物不良反应多、耐药等问题,其有效率及复发率临床不甚满意。中医“以痈论治”治法有着深厚的理论基础及显著的临床疗效。通过查阅、研读相关文献,从理论基础、学术传承、病因病机、分期论治、消托补三法合理应用、内外同治、身心同调等方面探析“以痈论治”思想理论形成之依据及临床指导意义。The incidence of ulcerative colitis(UC)in our country is increasing year by year,and it seriously affects the health and quality of life,and has a tendency of lifelong recurrence.There are many problems in clinical treatment,such as high recurrence rate,side effects and drug resistance and its effective rate and recurrence rate are not satisfactory.The theory of“treating UC as carbuncle”has profound theoretical basis and remarkable clinical effect.Through consulting and studying relevant literature,this paper analyzed the basis and clinical guiding significance of the formation of the theory of“treating UC as carbuncle”from the aspects of theoretical basis,academic inheritance,etiology and pathogenesis,stage treatments,rational application of the three methods of eliminating,supporting and supplementing,internal and external treatment,and physical and mental harmonization.
