中医妇科药物外治法发展述评

摘　　要：目的考证中医妇科药物外治法的源流、发展,为现代临床使用提供借鉴。方法通过广泛查阅中医药古籍文献,研究中医妇科药物外治法发展史,梳理中医妇科药物外治法的源流及发展脉络,以求指导临床。结果中医妇科药物外治法首见于秦汉时期,魏晋时期得以发展与丰富。唐宋元时期,由于中医妇科常见疾病的病因病机及理论进一步完善,外治法方药及方法都有进一步的创新,至明清时期达到成熟。近现代医家传承历代经验,依托于临床实践、药剂创新、基础研究等方面创新发展,最终形成了有中医理论指导、临床疗效验证、基础研究支撑的系统的治疗方法。结论中医妇科药物外治法的理论、方法和应用病种都经历了漫长的历史演变过程,代有创新,逐渐成熟,发展至今已成为中医妇科治疗多种疾病的重要方法,具有较大的临床使用价值。Objective To examine the origin and development of the external treatment method of gynecological drugs in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Through extensive consultation of ancient traditional Chinese medicine literature,the history of the development of traditional Chinese medicine gynecological drug external treatment method was studied,and the source flow and development context of traditional Chinese medicine gynecological drug external treatment method were sorted out in order to guide the clinical practice.Result The external treatment of gynecological drugs in traditional Chinese medicine was first seen in the Qin and Han dynasties,and was developed and enriched during the Wei and Jin dynasties.During the Tang,Song and Yuan dynasties,due to the further improvement of the etiology,pathogenesis and theories of common diseases in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,further innovations in external treatment prescriptions and methods reached maturity in the Ming and Qing dynasties.Modern doctors inherit the experience of previous generations,rely on clinical practice,pharmaceutical innovation,basic research and other aspects of innovation and development,and finally form a systematic treatment method with the theoretical guidance of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical efficacy verification and basic research support.Conclusion The theory,method and application of traditional Chinese medicine gynecological drug external treatment method have undergone a long historical evolution process and generational innovation,and gradually mature.The development has become an important method of TCM gynecology treatment of a variety of diseases,with great clinical use value.
