基于CiteSpace的近十年“清胰汤”治疗急性胰腺炎研究现状与热点的知识图谱分析

摘　　要：目的基于CiteSpace对“清胰汤”治疗急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)领域近10年的发展现状进行文献计量及可视化分析,分析与总结研究热点与发展趋势,为该领域学者提供参考资料。方法以“清胰汤”“急性胰腺炎”为主题词,检索2010年1月1日—2023年4月19日中国知网(CNKI)数据库中相关文献,通过CiteSpace知识图谱分析该领域作者、研究机构及关键词,并对其出现频次进行统计。结果共纳入中文文献635篇。经CiteSpace的作者共现图谱分析发现,该领域研究人员及团队较分散,不同团队之间的合作强度偏弱。机构共现图谱分析,研究机构以天津医科大学、大连医科大学、湖南中医药大学等为主。关键词共现知识图谱分析显示,该领域当前热点关键词为急性胰腺炎、清胰汤、中西医结合、临床疗效、生长抑素、清胰通腑汤、中药灌肠、炎症因子、清胰承气汤、临床观察、奥曲肽等。结论近10年我国学者在“清胰汤”治疗急性胰腺炎领域开展了积极的探索与研究,整体发展态势良好,研究的广度和深度在不断延伸。建议相关研究可以进一步促进多机构合作交流。Objective Based on CiteSpace,literature metrology and visualization analysis were conducted on the current development status of Qingyi Decoction(清胰汤)in the treatment of acute pancreatitis in the past ten years,so as to analyze and summarize research hotspots and development trends and provide reference materials for scholars in this field.Methods With Qingyi Decoction and acute pancreatitis as the main topics,relevant literatures in CNKI database were searched from January 1,2010 to April 19,2023.The authors,research institutions and keywords in this field were analyzed by CiteSpace knowledge graph,and their occurrence frequency was statistically analyzed.Results A total of 635 Chinese literatures were included.The author co-occurrence map analysis of CiteSpace showed that researchers and teams in this field are scattered,and the cooperation intensity between different teams was weak.The research institutions were mainly Dalian Medical University,Tianjin Medical University and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Keyword co-occurrence knowledge map analysis,the current hot keywords in this field were acute pancreatitis,Qingyi Decoction,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,clinical effica249第42卷第11期cy,somatostatin,Qingyi Tongfu Decoction,traditional Chinese medicine enema,inflammatory factors,Qingyi Chengqi Decoction,clinical observation,octreotide,etc.Conclusions In summary,Chinese scholars have carried out active exploration and research in the field of Qingyi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis in the past ten years,and the overall development trend is good,with the breadth and depth of the research constantly extending.It is suggested that relevant research can further promote multi-institutional cooperation and exchange.
