基于数据挖掘分析王多让治疗中老年女性肾气亏虚型遗尿病的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘分析新疆名中医王多让治疗中老年女性肾气亏虚型遗尿病的用药规律,并总结其学术思想。方法:回顾整理王多让2017年1月-2021年12月治疗中老年女性肾气亏虚型遗尿病的门诊病历与处方,利用中医传承辅助平台统计分析王多让治疗中老年女性肾气亏虚型遗尿病的常用中药及剂量,探索核心用药与药物组合,并提炼经验方。结果:共统计处方270张,涉及中药153味,使用频次在30次以上的中药有39味。药物类别以补虚药、理气药、收涩药、安神药为主。药性主要为温性药,药味主要为甘味药,药物归经主要为脾经、肝经、肺经、肾经。通过组方规律分析获得2味药核心组合14条、3味药核心组合29条、4味药核心组合89条。通过核心组合提取,得到新方7个。结论:利用中医传承辅助平台分析王多让治疗中老年女性肾气亏虚型遗尿病的用药规律,有助于科学地总结相关经验以及用药规则。Objective:Based on data mining,to analyze the medication rules of Xinjiang famous traditional Chinese doctor WANG Duorang in the treatment of enuresis in middle-aged and elderly women with kidney Qi(气)deficiency,and summarize the academic thought.Methods:The outpatient medical records and prescriptions of WANG Duorang in the treatment of enuresis in middle-aged and elderly women with kidney Qi deficiency from January 2017 to December 2021 were reviewed.Using the Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance Support Syste(TCMISS),the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine and dosage of WANG Duorang in the treatment of enuresis in middle-aged and elderly women with kidney Qi deficiency were statistically analyzed,the core drugs and drug combinations were explored,and the empirical prescriptions were extracted.Results:A total of 270 prescriptions were counted,involving 153 traditional Chinese medicines.There were 39 traditional Chinese medicines used more than 30 times.The varieties of drugs were mainly tonic,Qi regulating,astringent and tranquilizing.The nature of medicinal was mainly warm,the drug taste was mainly sweet,and the drug meridians were mainly spleen meridian,liver meridian,lung meridian,and kidney meridian.According to the analysis of prescription rules,there were 14 core combinations of 2 drugs,29 core combinations of 3 drugs and 89 core combinations of 4 drugs.Seven new prescriptions were obtained by extracting the core combination.Conclusion:By TCMISS,the diagnosis and treatment rules of WANG Duorang in the treatment of enuresis in middle-aged and elderly women with kidney Qi deficiency are analyzed,which is helpful to objectively and scientifically summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience and medication rules of of the doctor.
