基于数据挖掘的《洞天奥旨》外科疾病用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于古今医案云平台(V2.2.3)分析《洞天奥旨》中关于外科疾病治法的用药规律。方法:采用古今医案云平台(V2.2.3)检索《洞天奥旨》中所有的外科方剂,统计分析用药规律并对其进行可视化分析。结果:《洞天奥旨》的外科治法涉及方剂共331首,使用药物共368味,药物出现总频次为2148次。使用频次≥30次的中药共15味,甘草、当归和金银花是《洞天奥旨》中治疗外科疾病的主要药物。《洞天奥旨》中治疗外科疾病用药药性以寒性为主,五味以甘为主,归经以归肺经、脾经、心经为主。K均值聚类将核心药物分为4类,分别是清热解毒类、化瘀解毒类、滋阴解毒类和益气托毒类。聚类分析结果共有12类,包括C1:甘草,当归,金银花;C2:茯苓,天花粉;C3:白术,人参,黄芪等。复杂网络分析得到当归-甘草、金银花-当归、金银花-甘草、茯苓-甘草、天花粉-甘草等有关联信息的药对。结论:《洞天奥旨》外科治病贵识阴阳,治疮疡者,辨明标本而加意于胃气;外科疮疡,贵在急治;疮疡外发,皆因脏腑内虚,活血解毒、益气解毒是常用治法;初期重视清热解毒,末期重视补虚兼散;金银花是外科常用之品,无论阴阳之证。Objective:To analyze the medication pattern of surgical treatments in Dongtian Aozhi(《洞天奥旨》)based on the Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Cases(V2.2.3).Methods:All the surgical prescriptions in Dongtian Aozhi were searched from the Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Cases(V2.2.3)to statistically analyze and visualize the medication patterns.Results:The surgical treatments in Dongtian Aozhi involved 331 prescriptions,368 drugs,and the total frequency of drug appearances was 2148 times.A total of 15 kinds of Chinese medicines were used more than 30 times,and Gancao(Licorice),Danggui(Angelica sinensis)and Jinyinhua(Honeysuckle)were the main medicines used to treat surgical diseases in Dongtian Aozhi.In Dongtian Aozhi,the medicinal property for surgical diseases was mainly cold;the medical flavors were mainly sweet;and the attributed meridians were mainly lung meridian,spleen meridian,and heart meridian.The K-mean clustering classified the core medicines into four categories:the clearing heat and removing toxins type,the resolving blood stasis and removing toxins type,the nourishing Yin(阴)and removing toxins type,and the benefiting Qi(气)and dislodging toxins type,respectively.The results of cluster analysis showed a total of 12 classes,including C1:Gancao-Danggui-Jinyinhua,C2:Fuling(Poria),Tianhuafen(Radix Trichosanthis),C3:Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)-Renshen(Panax ginseng)-Huangqi(Astragalus membranaceus),etc..The complex network analysis yielded drug pairs with associated information such as Danggui-Gancao,Jinyinhua-Danggui,Jinyinhua-Gancao,Fuling-Gancao,and Tianhuafen-Gancao.Conclusion:Recognition of Yin and Yang(阳)is emphasized in the treatment of surgical diseases in Dongtian Aozhi.In the treatment of ulcers,the treatment method is to strengthen stomach Qi after identifying the root cause and superficial symptoms.In the treatment of surgical sores,the superficial symptoms should be treated urgently.External sore and ulcer are caused by the deficiency of Zangfu organs
