摘  要:木材广泛应用于船舶建造中,由于露天存放,风吹日晒,含水率差异极大,对垫木的承载能力产生重要影响.文中分析了垫木支撑船体典型作用方式,设计垫木承载能力试验,采用微机控制电子万能试验机测试垫木的载荷-位移曲线.在此基础上,建立非线性动态有限元模型,模拟动载荷作用下垫木结构响应,与试验结果进行对比,得出不同含水率对垫木承载能力的影响,并提出应用建议,可作为船舶建造过程中应用支撑垫木的参考.Wood is widely used in ship construction.Due to the open storage,wind and sunshine,the moisture content is very different,which has an important impact on the bearing capacity of the wood.In this paper,the typical action mode of the supporting hull of the cushion wood is analyzed,and the bearing capacity test of the cushion wood designed.The load-displacement curve of the cushion wood is tested by the microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine.On this basis,the nonlinear dynamic finite element model is established to simulate the response of the cushion wood structure under dynamic load.Compared with the test results,the influence of different water content on the bearing capacity of the cushion wood is obtained,and the application suggestion is proposed,which can be used as a reference for the application of the supporting cushion wood in the process of ship construction.
