摘  要:在研究乌恰县孕灾地质条件及承灾体特征基础上,基于ArcGIS平台采用信息量模型与层次分析法相结合,对乌恰县地质灾害风险进行评价。选取9类崩塌、滑坡评价因子和5类泥石流评价因子,进行地质灾害易发性评价,并叠加降雨量数据得到危险性评价结果。根据人口、道路、建筑物和其他生活设施等承灾体易损性,按照一定权重叠加构建了综合易损性评价,结合承灾体易损性评价结果,采用矩阵分析方法叠加运算,得到县域单元风险评价结果,实地核查结果表明,评价结果与实际相符。为乌恰县地质灾害风险管控和防治管理提供了科学依据,同时为新疆类似地区开展地质灾害风险评价提供参考。On the basis of fully studying the geological conditions and the characteristics of disaster bearing bodies in Wuqia County,based on ArcGIS platform,the risk assessment of geological hazards in Wuqia County is carried out by combining information method and analytic hierarchy process.Select 9 types of collapse,landslide,and 5 types of debris flow evaluation factors to form a geological hazard susceptibility assessment.Based on the susceptibility,superimpose rainfall data to obtain a hazard assessment.A comprehensive vulnerability assessment was constructed by selecting population,roads,buildings,and other living facilities.Subsequently,the vulnerability and danger were stacked and graded into a matrix to obtain the risk assessment of county-level units.According to the field investigation results,the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,providing reference for risk control measures in different regions of Wuqia County and providing a basic basis for geological disaster prevention and control management inWuqia county.
