镇痛中药的药学及药理研究进展

摘　　要：对现有文献的梳理和分析发现,镇痛中药在药学方面具有独特的性质和特点,如有效成分明确、制备工艺成熟等。在药理方面,镇痛中药具有显著的镇痛效果,且不良反应发生率低。本文主要从镇痛中药的研究现状和不足、镇痛中药的种类和制备方法、镇痛中药的药学研究进展、镇痛中药的药理作用及其机制等方面进行阐述,并对其研究进展进行总结和展望。The paper carries out in-depth research progress exploration of pharmacy and pharmacology of analgesic traditional Chinese medicine,sorts and analyzes existing literature,and finds out analgesic traditional Chinese medicine has unique properties and characteristics in pharmacology,including clear effective ingredients and mature preparation processe.Analgesic traditional Chinese medicine has significant analgesic effect and low incidence of adverse reactions in terms of pharmacology.The paper mainly elaborates research status,shortcomings of analgesic traditional Chinese medicine,types and preparation methods of analgesic traditional Chinese medicine,pharmaceutical research progress of analgesic traditional Chinese medicine,pharmacological effect and mechanisms of analgesic traditional Chinese medicine,summarizes and predicts its research progress.
