摘　　要：目的探讨D-二聚体(D-Dimer)和纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(FDP)检验在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取2022年7月—2023年7月本院收治的150例冠心病合并糖尿病患者(观察组)和150例体检人群(对照组)作为研究对象,测定两组患者的D-Dimer和FDP水平,并进行比较分析。结果观察组的D-Dimer和FDP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的D-Dimer水平和FDP与血糖浓度的关系呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论D-Dimer和FDP检测在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中的临床应用价值较高。Objective To investigate clinical value of D-dimer and fibrinogen degradation products of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.Methods The paper chose 150 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes(observation group)and 150 healthy people(control group)as research objects,detected,compared and analyzed levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen degradation products between two groups.Results Levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen degradation products of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between D-Dimer level,FDP and blood glucose concentration of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes(P<0.01).Conclusion Detection of D-dimer and fibrinogen degradation products is of high clinical value for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.
