香砂六君子汤加减联合穴位艾灸治疗糖尿病胃肠神经病变临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察香砂六君子汤加减联合穴位艾灸改善糖尿病胃肠神经病变症状的临床疗效。方法选取糖尿病胃肠神经病变患者共60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。在控制血糖基础上,对照组口服泮托拉唑肠溶片,每次40mg,2次/d;治疗组应用香砂六君子汤加减联合神阙、双足三里等穴位进行艾灸。观察两组治疗前后症状改善及总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组厌食、胃脘部饱胀不适、腹泻便秘症状改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤与穴位艾灸相结合,用于治疗糖尿病性胃肠神经病变,能够有效地促进胃肠神经功能的恢复。该疗法对于改善患者的临床症状和体征具有显著的疗效,进而提升患者的生活质量。此外,该治疗方式未见不良反应,显示出其安全性和可靠性。Objective To observe clinical effect of Cyperus and amomum with six noble ingredients decoction and acupoint moxibustion in improving gastrointestinal neuropathy symptoms of diabetes.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with gastroenteric neuropathy of diabetes,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with blood sugar control,and observation group with modified cyperus and amomum with six noble ingredients decoction combined with acupuncture moxibustion at points of Shenque and Tsusanli.Improvement of symptoms and total effective rate was observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,clinical symptoms in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%,higher than 63.3%in control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Cyperus and amomum with six noble ingredients decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion can promote recovery of gastrointestinal nerve function of patients with diabetes,improve clinical symptoms and signs,and life quality effectively,which is safe and reliable without adverse reactions.
