Objective To explore effect of systemic aerobic exercise mode on recovery of impaired glucose regulation. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with impaired glucose regulation in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 for control trial, and divided them into experimental group and control group randomly, with 40 cases in each group.Experimental group was treated with intervention with different aerobic exercise modes, while control group maintained routine lifestyle and dietary habits. After intervention of 12 weeks, biochemical indicators were detected, including blood glucose levels and glycated hemoglobin levels of participants, and number of patients meeting blood glucose standards was counted, insulin resistance index was recorded. Results Average fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin levels of experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The HOMA-IR levels of control group and experimental group were lower than before intervention, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The study indicates aerobic exercise mode can achieve significant effect on recovery of impaired glucose regulation, which provide important clinical significance for patients with impaired glucose regulation, highlight importance of aerobic exercise in improving glucose metabolism and weight management.
