早期渐进式细节化康复护理训练在间歇性导尿术介入脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨早期渐进式细节化康复护理训练在间歇性导尿术介入脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月某三甲医院康复科收治的60例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。其中,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行早期渐进式细节化康复护理训练。比较两组患者的生活质量、自我效能感、尿路感染发生率和导尿相关并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的生活质量和自我效能感均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的尿路感染发生率和导尿相关并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期渐进式细节化康复护理训练能够提高脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者的生活质量和自我效能感,降低尿路感染和导尿相关并发症的发生率,是一种有效的康复护理方法。Objective To explore application effect of early progressive detailed rehabilitation nursing training in rehabilitation of neurogenic bladder patients with spinal cord injury after intermittent catheterization intervention.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury in Rehabilitation Department of a tertiary hospital from June 2020 to June 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with early progressive and detailed rehabilitation nursing training on the basis.Life quality,self-efficacy,incidence of urinary tract infections,and incidence of catheterization related complications were compared between two groups.Results Life quality and self-efficacy of observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of urinary tract infections and catheter-related complications in observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early progressive and detailed rehabilitation nursing training can improve life quality and self-efficacy of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury,reduce incidence of urinary tract infections and catheterization related complications,which is an effective rehabilitation nursing method.
