精细化管理理念应用于阑尾炎切除术患者手术室护理中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨在阑尾炎患者接受切除术治疗的手术室护理中加入精细化管理理念的效果。方法选取2020年2月—2023年8月本院收治的40例阑尾炎患者为研究对象,所有患者均行切除手术进行治疗,按抽签法分为对照组(常规手术室护理,20例)和干预组(精细化管理理念下手术室护理,20例),比较两组的不良心理评分、术后恢复时间、护理质量评分与总满意率。结果与对照组比较,干预组护理的不良心理评分更低,干预组的术后恢复时间更短,干预组的护理质量评分与护理总满意率均更高,上述差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阑尾炎切除术的手术室护理中加入精细化管理理念的效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To explore effect of refined management concept for appendectomy patients with operation room nursing.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with appendicitis in Guannan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2020 to August 2023,treated with appendectomy surgery,and divided them into control group(20 cases treated with routine operation room nursing)and intervention group(20 cases,with refined management concept operation room nursing)randomly.Adverse psychological scores,postoperative recovery time,nursing quality scores and overall satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results Intervention group had lower negative psychological scores in nursing,shorter postoperative recovery time,and higher nursing quality scores and overall nursing satisfaction degree than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined management concept can achieve significant effect for appendectomy patients with operation room nursing,which is worthy of promotion and application.
