摘　　要：目的探讨针对脑血管支架植入患者采用专科护士主导的目标血压管理的影响。方法随机选取本院2022年1月—2023年7月接收的行脑血管支架植入术的患者30例作为研究对象,并根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,每组15例。其中,对照组采用常规护理,观察组联合专科护士主导的目标血压管理干预,对比两组患者预后恢复情况、不同时刻血压值、生活质量评分、并发症发生率。结果采用专科护士主导的目标血压管理干预后,两组患者预后恢复情况,试验组高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组与参照组相比,患者苏醒后1~48h血压较稳定(P<0.05)。试验组患者生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论针对脑血管支架植入患者采用专科护士主导的目标血压管理,可以提高患者生活质量,减少并发症的发生,值得临床应用。Objective To explore effect of target blood pressure management guided by specialized nurses for patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation.Methods The paper chose 30 patients with cerebral vascular stent implantation surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 as study subjects,and,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly according to digital scoring method,with 15 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with targeted blood pressure management intervention guided by specialized nurses.Based on obtained data,prognosis recovery,blood pressure values at different times,life quality scores,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results After intervention of target blood pressure management guided by specialized nurses,recovery rate in experimental group was higher than reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Blood pressure in experimental group remained stable from 1 hour to 48 hours after awakening compared with control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Life quality scores of experimental group were higher than reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted blood pressure management guided by specialized nurses can improve life quality and reduce incidence of complications of patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation,which is worthy of clinical application.
