个性化中医营养护理在乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水中的运用效果

摘　　要：目的探究个性化中医营养护理在乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者中的运用效果。方法选择2022年10月—2023年10月本院收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者200例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。其中,观察组实施个性化的中医营养护理方案,对照组实施常规营养护理。比较分析腹水消退状况、营养状态、护理满意度、肝功能。结果观察组腹水深度、腹围小于对照组,总蛋白(TP)、体重指数(BMI)均更高;护理后,观察组总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总胆红素(TBil)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者,根据个体差异,制定个性化的中医营养护理方案,将明显提升患者营养状态和对护理方式的满意度,改善乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水消退情况和肝功能指标,适合应用于临床推广。Objective To explore application effect of individualized TCM nutritional nursing for patients with hepatitis B,cirrhosis and ascites.Methods The paper chose 200 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites from October 2022 to October 2023 for study.Observation group was randomly established with number table method,treated with individualized TCM nutrition nursing scheme,while control group with routine nutrition,with 100 cases in each group.Status of ascites regression,nutritional status,nursing satisfaction degree and liver function was compared and analyzed.Results Depth of ascites and abdominal circumference in observation group was less than control group,both TP and BMI were higher.Total satisfaction rate in observation group was 96 cases(96.00%),higher than 68 cases(68.00%)in control group after nursing,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).There was no difference in TBil between two groups(P>0.05),while AST and ALT levels in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on individual differences,developing individualized TCM nutritional nursing scheme can improve nutritional status and satisfaction degree with nursing methods of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites significantly,improve resolution of hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites and liver function indicators,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
