摘　　要：目的观察安宁疗护对终末期慢性非恶性疾病患者生活质量及经济效益的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月本院收治入院的162例终末期慢性非恶性疾病患者为研究对象,按照随机平行法分为观察组(参与安宁疗护)及对照组(未进行安宁疗护)。对比两组患者7d、14d、30d的日常生活活动能力评定量表(ADL)及功能独立性评定量表(FIM)得分,并对其存活天数、住院费用与成本-效果进一步比较。结果通过安宁疗护,观察组的ADL及FIM评分在一定程度上较对照组提高,且相较于对照组更具成本-效果优势。结论安宁疗护能够在一定程度上提升终末期慢性非恶性疾病患者的生存质量,同时优化治疗决策,改善综合管理,并具有更高的经济效益。Objective To observe the impact of palliative care on the life quality and economic benefits for patients with end-stage chronic non-malignant diseases.Methods This study selected 162 patients with end-stage chronic non-malignant diseases from a chronic disease hospital in our city from June 2020 to June 2022.Through the randomized parallel design,this paper divided participants into an observation group(which received palliative care)and a control group(which did not receive palliative care).In this study,the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)and the Functional Independence Measure(FIM)scores of both groups were assessed at 7,14,and 30 days.Additionally,survival days,hospitalization costs,and cost-effectiveness ratios were compared.Results Through the application of palliative care,the observation group showed a certain improvement in ADL and FIM scores compared to the control group and demonstrated a more favourable cost-effectiveness ratio.Conclusion To a certain extent,palliative care can enhance the quality of life for patients suffering end-stage chronic non-malignant diseases.Furthermore,it can optimize treatment decision-making,improve comprehensive management,and be more cost-effective.
