摘　　要：目的分析手指末节完全离断伤患者断指再植成活率的影响因素。方法回顾性选取2021年5月—2023年9月潍坊瑞清医院收治的100例手指末节完全离断伤患者为研究对象,均给予断指再植术,根据成活率将其分为两组,分析再植成活率的影响因素。结果单因素主要有损伤类型、离断程度、血管痉挛、抑郁程度、热缺血时间(P<0.05);Logistic多因素回归分析显示,挤压伤、热缺血时间>6h、完全断离、重度抑郁、血管痉挛是断指再植成功的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论挤压伤、热缺血时间>6h、手指完全断离、重度抑郁、血管痉挛等因素会影响断指的再植成功率,应针对上述因素采取针对性干预措施,以提高断指成活率。Objective To analyze influencing factors of survival rate of patients with complete detachment injury of distal finger after replantation treatment.Methods The paper reviewed and chose 100 patients with complete detachment injury of distal finger in Weifang Ruiqing Hospital from May 2021 to September 2023,treated with finger replantation surgery,and divided them into two groups based on survival rate.Influencing factors of survival rate after replantation treatment were analyzed.Results Single factors mainly included injury type,detachment degree,vascular spasm,degree of depression and hot ischemia time,with P<0.05.Logistic multivariate analysis showed,compression injury,hot ischemia time>6h,detachment degree,severe depression and vascular spasm was correlated,with P<0.05.Conclusion Injury type,hot ischemia time>6h,detachment degree,severe depression,vascular spasm and other factors may affect success rate of severed fingers seriously,and intervention measures should be taken to improve the survival rate.
