摘  要:目的研究和分析冠脉心肌桥与人血清一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS)及内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)水平的关系。方法选取2021年1月—2021年12月在本院接受冠状动脉造影检查的患者200例为研究对象,并依照检测结果将其分为冠脉正常组(n=100)及冠脉心肌桥组(n=100)。患者接受冠状动脉造影后次日,检测两组患者eNOS、ET-1及ACE水平,分析冠心病心肌桥与eNOS、ET-1及ACE水平的相关性。结果治疗前,与冠脉正常组相比,冠脉心肌桥组患者eNOS水平更低,ET-1及ACE水平均更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,冠脉心肌桥患者eNOS较治疗前有所升高,ET-1及ACE水平较治疗前有所下降(P<0.05)。冠心病心肌桥与eNOS水平呈负相关,与ET-1及ACE水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论冠脉心肌桥与eNOS、ET-1及ACE水平存在相关性;相较于冠脉正常者,冠脉心肌桥患者eNOS水平会显著下降,而ET-1及ACE水平会显著升高;检测eNOS、ET-1及ACE水平能够为临床诊断冠脉心肌桥提供辅助作用,有助于临床早期明确诊断并加快改善患者预后。Objective To investigate and analyze relationship between coronary myocardial bridge and levels of human serum nitric oxide(NO)synthase(eNOS),endothelin-1(ET-1)and angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE).Methods The paper chose 200 patients with coronary angiography in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021,and divided them into normal coronary group(n=100)and coronary myocardial bridge group(n=100)according to the test results.The eNOS,ET-1,and ACE levels were measured after coronary angiography.The eNOS,ET-1,and ACE levels were compared between normal coronary artery patients and coronary myocardial bridge patients.The eNOS,ET-1,and ACE levels were compared between normal coronary artery patients and coronary myocardial bridge patients after treatment,and correlation between coronary myocardial bridge and eNOS,ET-1 and ACE levels was analyzed.Results Before treatment,compared with the normal coronary artery group,patients in the coronary myocardial bridge group had lower eNOS levels and higher levels of ET-1 and ACE(P<0.05).After treatment,eNOS in patients with coronary myocardial bridge increased compared to before treatment,while ET-1 and ACE levels decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Coronary heart disease myocardial bridge is negatively correlated with eNOS levels and positively correlated with ET-1 and ACE levels(P<0.05).Conclusion There is correlation between coronary artery myocardial bridge and eNOS,ET-1 and ACE levels.eNOS levels of patients decrease significantly while ET-1 and ACE levels increase significantly.Detection of eNOS,ET-1,and ACE levels can provide auxiliary role in clinical diagnosis of coronary artery myocardial bridge,clarify diagnosis early and accelerate prognosis improvement of patients.
