摘　　要：目的探讨隔华盖散灸肺俞穴、风门穴、定喘穴治疗肺炎喘嗽(风寒闭肺)的临床疗效。方法选择本院儿科2021年12月—2023年6月收治的60例风寒闭肺证细菌性肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组及对照组,每组30例。对照组使用常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用隔华盖散灸肺俞穴、定喘穴、风门穴,对比两组的临床疗效、症状消失时间、炎性因子水平变化。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组发热消退时间、咳嗽消除时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、住院时间等均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清hs-CRP、WBC、LYM%均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医治疗基础上加用隔华盖散灸肺俞穴、风门穴、定喘穴治疗肺炎喘嗽(风寒闭肺)的临床效果显著,能有效消除炎症因子,加快病情缓解速度。Objective To explore clinical effect of partition moxibustion on feishu,fengmen,and stopping asthma points with florid canopy powder in treatment of pneumonia wheezing(lung obstruction for wind chill).Methods The paper chose 60 children with bacterial pneumonia of lung obstruction for wind chill in pediatrics department of our hospital from December 2021 to June 2023,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,and observation group with moxibustion at feishu,stopping asthma and fengmen points with florid canopy powder on the basis of control group.Clinical effect,symptom disappearance time,and changes in inflammatory factor levels between two groups were compared.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had shorter fever resolution time,cough resolution time,disappearance time of pulmonary wet rales,and length of stay than control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,serum hs CRP,WBC,and LYM%in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Partition moxibustion on feishu,fengmen and stopping asthma points with powder can achieve significant clinical effect for pneumonia wheezing(lung obstruction for wind chill),can eliminate inflammatory factors and accelerate disease relief effectively.
