聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗各期内痔的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察和评价聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗各期内痔的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年7月来本院治疗的各期内痔患者114例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组57例。对照组使用聚多卡醇注射液治疗,研究组使用聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂治疗,比较分析两组的治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05);术后,研究组不同时间段的出血情况也明显比对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔与注射液治疗相比有较好的临床疗效,具有创伤小、痛苦轻、费用低、操作简单、恢复快等优点,值得进一步研究推广。Objective To observe and evaluate clinical effect of sclerotherapy injection of polydocanol foam in treatment of various stages of internal hemorrhoids.Methods The paper chose 114 patients with internal hemorrhoids in our hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into study group and control group.with randomized number table method.Control group(n=57)was treated with polydocanol injection,and study group(n=57)with polydocanol foam hardener.Curative effect was observed.Results Total effective rate was higher in study group than control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Curative effect of bleeding symptoms at different time periods after surgery in study group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.Conclusion Sclerotherapy with polydocanol foam can achieve better clinical effect in treatment of stage I andⅡinternal hemorrhoids than injection,with advantages of less trauma,less pain,low cost,simple operation and rapid recovery,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
