平衡火罐治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的效果

摘　　要：目的分析研究复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者在门诊接受平衡火罐治疗的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月来本院门诊接受治疗的88例复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照治疗组和平衡火罐组,每组44例。对照治疗组采取常规药物治疗,平衡火罐组采取药物+平衡火罐治疗。对比分析两组相关指标。结果干预前,两组5项临床症状评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组各项评分均降低,且平衡火罐组各项评分低于对照治疗组(P<0.05)。相较于对照治疗组,平衡火罐组患者的治疗有效率、满意度显著更高(P<0.05)。结论复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者接受平衡火罐治疗后,各项临床症状得到显著改善,治疗效果显著,患者满意度高,存在推广价值。Objective To analyze and study effect of balanced cupping therapy for patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis in outpatient department.Methods The paper chose 88 patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis in outpatient department form May 2021 to May 2023,and divided them into groups evenly with random number table method,44 cases in control treatment group(treated with routine drug treatment),while remaining samples in balanced cupping group(with drugs+outpatient balanced cupping treatment).Data situation of relevant indicators was researched.Results Before intervention,difference in symptom related indicators was not significant,P>0.05.After intervention,symptom related indicators of balanced cupping group improved,effect and satisfaction data of intervention increased.Comparison of results between two groups showed P<0.05,indicating significant difference.Conclusion After balanced cupping therapy in outpatient,patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis showed significant improvement in various clinical symptoms,with significant treatment effect and high satisfaction degree,which has value for promotion.
