穴位贴敷治疗急性支气管炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷治疗急性支气管炎的效果。方法选取2023年6—12月本院收治的支气管炎患者80例为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组40例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联用穴位贴敷疗法。比较两组患者治疗前、后的症状积分以及肺部听诊评分、1个月内的急性发作次数,评价治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组症状积分、肺部听诊评分及1个月内急性发作次数均较治疗前下降,且研究组各项评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论联合采用常规治疗法与穴位贴敷疗法治疗急性支气管炎,可显著减轻患者相关症状及肺部听诊的严重程度,减少患者的急性发作次数,提升治疗效果。Objective To observe curative effect of acupoint application therapy for acute bronchitis.Methods The paper chose 80 patients diagnosed with bronchitis in our hospital from June 2023 to December 2023,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine therapy,while study group with acupoint application based on control group.Symptom scores,lung auscultation scores,and number of acute attacks were compared within one month between two groups before and after treatment,curative effect was evaluated.Results After treatment,symptom scores,lung auscultation scores,and number of acute attacks within one month in both groups were lower than before treatment,study group had lower scores,(P<0.05).Total effective rate of study group was higher,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of routine treatment and acupoint application therapy can significantly reduce severity of related symptoms and lung auscultation,reduce number of acute attacks,and improve curative effect of acute bronchitis patients.
