摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜辅助下自体组织修复治疗盆腔器官脱垂的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2023年1月本院收治的经腹腔镜辅助下自体组织修复治疗的盆腔器官脱垂患者96例的临床资料,分析该手术的治疗效果,包括症状改善程度、解剖学修复和并发症情况。结果手术后,盆腔器官脱垂症状较手术前有明显改善,综合评分显著降低(P<0.05)。术后6个月,除阴道总长度外,盆腔器官脱垂程度均有明显改善(P<0.05)。手术期间未发生器官损伤,术后出血例数为0例(0),感染例数为1例(1.04%),盆腔器官脱垂的复发率为2.08%。结论腹腔镜辅助下自体组织修复治疗盆腔器官脱垂,效果显著,有助于器官正常位置和功能的恢复,并能改善患者的症状和提高其生活质量,降低手术后的并发症发生率和复发概率。Objective To explore clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted autologous tissue repair in treatment of pelvic organ prolapse.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed clinical data of 96 patients with pelvic organ prolapse treated with laparoscopic assisted autologous tissue repair in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023,analyzed curative effect of the surgery,including degree of symptom improvement,anatomical repair and complications.Improvement effect of autologous tissue repair surgery on symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse was evaluated with simplified questionnaire tool POPDI-6.Changes in degree of pelvic organ prolapse before and 6 months after surgery were detected with POP-Q scoring method.Incidence of complications during and after surgery was recorded,including organ damage,bleeding,infection and etc.Recurrence rate of postoperative pelvic organ prolapse was calculated.Results Symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse after surgery were better than before significantly,comprehensive scores decreased from(13.74±4.73)points before surgery to(6.25±3.18)points after surgery.After follow-up of 6 months,degree of pelvic organ prolapse improved except for total length of vagina,difference was statistically significant compared with before surgery,(p<0.05).No organ damage occurred during the surgery,with 0 cases of postoperative bleeding and 1 case of infection(1.04%).Recurrence rate of postoperative pelvic organ prolapse was 2 cases(2.08%).Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted autologous tissue repair is considered an effective treatment method for pelvic organ prolapse,can restore normal position and function of organs,improve symptoms and life quality,and reduce incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate of patients.
