摘　　要：目的探讨老年腹膜透析患者应用基于IMB模型的延续性护理对其自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2022年7月—2023年7月在本院参与腹膜透析门诊登记的随诊患者80例为研究对象,采用随机抽样法将其分为对照组(常规随访与健康教育)和观察组(基于IMB模型的延续性护理),对其应用情况进行分析。结果同对照组相比,观察组干预后的疾病知识掌握程度和自我管理能力评分较高,血钙和血磷指标较优,并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论基于IMB模型的延续性护理可提升老年腹膜透析患者的疾病认知度和自我管理能力,对其血钙和血磷水平的改善、并发症率的降低有促进作用。Objective To explore effect of continuous nursing based on IMB model on selfmanagement ability of elderly peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods The paper chose 80 follow-up patients participated in peritoneal dialysis outpatient registration in the hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group(treated with routine follow-up and health education)and observation group(with continuous nursing based on IMB model)randomly.Application of patients was analyzed.Observation group had higher level of disease knowledge mastery and self-management ability scores than control group after intervention.Blood calcium and blood phosphorus indicators were better,incidence of complications was relatively lower,(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on IMB model can enhance disease awareness and selfmanagement ability of elderly peritoneal dialysis patients,improve blood calcium and phosphorus levels,and reduce incidence of complications.
