细节护理在体检中心采血室护理工作中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析细节护理在体检中心采血室护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—10月本体检中心门诊280例受检者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各140例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组实施细节护理干预,对比干预效果。结果观察组比对照组护理质量(沟通能力、主动服务意识、配合程度、解决问题能力、工作责任心)评分高(P<0.05)。观察组采血时间比对照组短,且SAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员感染率及针刺伤率比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组依从性较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论细节护理在门诊体检采血室护理中应用价值较高,不仅可以提高受检者护理质量,缩短采血时间,缓解焦虑情绪,同时有助于降低针刺伤率及感染率,提高采血依从性及护理满意度,值得采纳、推广。Objective To analyze application effect of detail nursing in blood collection room of physical examination center.Methods The paper chose 280 outpatients in our physical examination center from January 2023 to October 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 140 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with detailed nursing intervention.Intervention effect was compared.Observation group scored higher than control group in terms of communication ability,proactive service awareness,cooperation level,problem-solving ability and work responsibility(P<0.05).Observation group had shorter blood collection time and lower SAS scores than control group(P<0.05).Infection rate and needle puncture injury rate of nursing staff in observation group(2.14%,1.43%)was lower than control group(10.00%,7.86%)(P<0.05).Compliance rate of observation group was 97.14%,higher than 85.00%in control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group(95.00%)was higher than control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail nursing can achieve high application value in nursing of outpatient physical examination blood collection room,can improve nursing quality of the examinee,shorten blood collection time,improve anxiety,reduce needle puncture and infection rate,improve blood collection compliance and nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of application and promotion.
