内镜室感染控制与护理干预效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估内镜室感染控制和护理干预措施的效果。方法采用前瞻性队列研究设计,对2019年1月—2020年1月在本院接受内镜检查的500例患者进行了为期一年的跟踪研究。研究分为两个阶段:第一阶段未实施额外的感染控制措施;第二阶段实施了一系列的护理干预措施,包括加强清洁消毒流程管控、提高医护人员培训质量、实施更严格的个人防护措施。收集感染发生率、患者满意度、医护人员工作满意度。结果实施护理干预后,内镜室相关感染发生率显著下降(由5.6%下降至1.2%)。患者满意度从实施干预前的82%提高到94%。此外,改进的消毒流程和个人防护措施也提高了医护人员的工作满意度。结论研究表明,综合性的感染控制和护理干预措施能有效降低内镜室相关感染率,提高患者和医护人员的满意度。建议内镜室实施类似的干预措施,以进一步提高医疗服务质量。Objective To evaluate effect of infection control and nursing interventions in endoscopy room.With widespread application of endoscopic procedures,effective infection control measures have been crucial for improving safety and medical quality of patients.Methods The paper adopted prospective cohort study design and tracked 500 patients with endoscopic examination in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 for a period of one year.The study was divided into two stages:the first stage had no additional infection control measures,and the second stage had a series of nursing interventions,including strengthening cleaning and disinfection process,improving quality of medical staff training,and implementing stricter staff protective measures.Data collection included infection incidence,satisfaction degree of patients,nursing quality indicators and etc.Results After nursing intervention,incidence of endoscopic room related infections significantly decreased(from 5.6%to 1.2%).Satisfaction degree of patients increased from 82%before intervention to 94%.Moreover,improved disinfection process and staff protective measures increased satisfaction degree of medical staff.Conclusion Research has shown,comprehensive infection control and nursing interventions can reduce incidence of endoscope related infections and improve satisfaction degree of patients and medical staff effectively.It is recommended to take similar intervention measures in endoscopy room to improve quality of medical services further.
