全程规范化管理在儿童口腔健康行为管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究全程规范化管理在儿童口腔健康行为管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月本院收治的200例口腔疾病患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,每组100例。对照组采取常规口腔检查与口腔健康教育,观察组采取全程规范化管理,对比两组患者的口腔健康状况、龋齿患病情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组口腔健康状况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者乳龋率、恒龋率及填充率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对护理的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿童口腔健康行为管理中,采取全程规范化管理措施,能够有效改善患儿口腔健康状况,降低龋齿发生率。Objective To explore and analyze effect of full process standardized management for children's oral health behavior.Methods The paper chose 200 patients with oral diseases in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine oral examinations and oral health education,while observation group with full process standardized management.Oral health quality,oral health behavior and nursing satisfaction degree was compared between two groups.Results Observation group had better oral health status,with better data than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Data comparison showed,milk caries rate and constant caries rate in observation group was better than control group,data difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree with nursing of observation group was significantly better than control group,data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Full process standardized management measures can achieve significant application effect for oral health behavior of children,can improve quality of oral health and reduce incidence of dental caries of children effectively.
