小儿益气颗粒治疗气虚型儿童便秘的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的分析小儿益气颗粒治疗气虚型儿童便秘的临床疗效。方法选择气虚型便秘患儿70例,信封法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组患儿给予复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗,治疗组患儿给予小儿益气颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果、便秘程度、中医证候积分、血清P物质、血管活性肠肽及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2周后,两组便秘程度评分、中医证候积分、血清P物质、血管活性肠肽均较治疗前改善,且治疗组便秘程度评分(3.56±0.46)分、中医证候积分(18.19±2.35)分、血清P物质(63.56±10.46)ng/L、血管活性肠肽(11.12±2.35)ng/L均显著优于对照组的(2.52±0.45)分、(21.14±2.12)分、(38.21±6.48)ng/L、(14.67±2.88)ng/L(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(74.29%)(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率0低于对照组的17.14%(P<0.05)。结论小儿益气颗粒治疗儿童便秘对比西医治疗方法的疗效更优,安全有效。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiao'er Yiqi Granule in treating children with Qi-deficiency type of constipation.Methods A total of 70 children with Qi-deficiency type of constipation were selected.They were divided into a control group and a treatment group by envelope method,with 35 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets,and the children in the treatment group were treated with Xiao'er Yiqi Granules.The therapeutic effect,degree of constipation,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum substance P,vasoactive intestinal peptide and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the score of degree of constipation,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum substance P and vasoactive intestinal peptide were improved in both groups compared with those before treatment;in the treatment group,the score of degree of constipation was(3.56±0.46)points,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score was(18.19±2.35)points,the serum substance P was(63.56±10.46)ng/L,and the vasoactive intestinal peptide was(11.12±2.35)ng/L,which were significantly better than(2.52±0.45)points,(21.14±2.12)points,(38.21±6.48)ng/L,and(14.67±2.88)ng/L in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(94.29%)was higher than that of the control group(74.29%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 0 in the treatment group was lower than 17.14%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Yiqi Granule has a better therapeutic effect,safety,and effectiveness in treating children's constipation compared to Western medicine.
