人文关怀结合预见性护理在成人急性淋巴细胞白血病化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究人文关怀结合预见性护理在成人急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择河南省肿瘤医院2020年5月至2023年5月收治的98例ALL患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各48例,对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理基础上采用人文关怀结合预见性护理。比较两组患者初次治疗入院时和出院时的癌因性疲乏(CFS)及一般自我效能感量表评分,比较两组患者化疗期间的并发症发生情况和对护理的满意度。结果入院时,两组患者的CFS及一般自我效能感量表评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,两组患者的CFS评分均低于干预前,一般自我效能感量表评分均高于入院时,且研究组患者的CFS评分为(51.92±6.11)分,明显高于对照组的(37.44±4.75)分,一般自我效能感量表评分为(21.47±3.01)分,明显低于对照组的(27.99±3.87)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症总发生率为14.58%,明显低于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理的满意度为95.83%,明显高于对照组的79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀结合预见性护理能够减轻成人ALL化疗期间的癌因性疲乏,提高患者自我效能,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of humanistic care combined with predictive care in adult patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Ninety-eight patients with ALL who admitted to Henan Cancer Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into a control group and a research group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in he control group received routine care,while those in the research group received humanistic care combined with predic-tive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)and General Self-efficacy Scale were compared between the two groups of patients at admission and discharge of initial treatment.The incidence of complications during chemotherapy and the satisfaction with nursing care were also compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of CFS and General Self-efficacy Scale between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).At discharge,the CFS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those at admission,and the General Self-efficacy Scale scores were significantly higher than those at admission;the CFS score of the research group was(51.92±6.11)points,which was significantly higher than(37.44±4.75)points in the control group,and the General Self-efficacy Scale score was(21.47±3.01)points,which was significantly lower than(27.99±3.87)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the research group was 14.58%,which was significantly lower than 37.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients with nursing care was 95.83%in the research group,which was significantly higher than 79.17%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care combined with predictive nursing can reduce cancer-related fatigue of adult pa-tients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia undergoing chemotherapy,improve patients'self-efficacy,reduce the incidence o
