摘 要:人体正常发育与健康状态的维持常依赖于AhR与Wnt信号通路的恰当调节,而两条信号通路一旦失调则会导致发育障碍和疾病。研究表明,虽然AhR和Wnt信号通路在整个进化过程中高度保守,但两条通路之间仍存在着相互作用,其在多种生理过程及疾病的形成与发展中扮演了关键角色。本文综述了AhR与Wnt信号通路相互作用的最新研究发现,并初步总结了两条信号通路间的相互作用机制,旨在推动对AhR与Wnt信号通路相互作用机制的进一步研究,并为临床疾病的诊断、治疗和预防提供新的思路。The maintenance of normal human development and health often depends on the appropriate regula-tion of aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)and wingless-type MMTV integration site family(Wnt)signaling pathways.However,dysregulation of the two signaling pathways will lead to developmental disorders and diseases.Studies have shown that although AhR and Wnt signaling pathways are highly conserved throughout evolution,there is still an interac-tion between the two pathways,which play a key role in the formation and development of a variety of physiological pro-cesses and diseases.This review summarizes the latest research findings on the interaction between AhR and Wnt signal-ing pathways,and preliminarily summarizes the interaction mechanism between the two signaling pathways,aiming to promote further research on the interaction mechanism between AhR and Wnt signaling pathway and provide new ideas for the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of clinical diseases.
