摘　　要：膀胱软斑症(BMPL)临床表现以膀胱刺激和血尿症状最为多见,部分患者无明显表现,一般影像学表现与膀胱肿瘤无特异性鉴别,明确诊断需依靠组织病理检查。本文将从膀胱软斑症的临床表现、辅助检查、诊断及治疗进行综述,以期为泌尿外科同仁临床诊治膀胱软斑症提供思路。Bladder irritation and hematuria are the most common clinical manifestations of bladder malakopla-kia(BMPL),and some patients have no obvious manifestations.There is no specific difference between general imaging findings and bladder tumors,and the definite diagnosis depends on histopathological examination.This article will re-view the clinical manifestations,auxiliary examination,diagnosis and treatment of bladder soft spot,in order to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of bladder soft spot for urological colleagues.
