摘 要:为了改变薄煤层小直径滚筒装载效果差的现状,从采煤机螺旋滚筒的装煤原理出发,研究在滚筒设计中主叶片和装载叶片的传统设计特点,分析传统设计的缺陷,指出小直径滚筒出现装载效果差可能存在的原因。通过对滚筒叶片尾部进行部分结构设计改进,使截割叶片、装载叶片和犁煤板倾斜组焊为半封闭结构,有效抑制煤从滚筒的切线方向抛出,减少粉尘生产量,提高滚筒的装载能力,实现装载率的提高。In order to change the current situation of poor loading effect of small diameter drum in thin coal seams,starting from the coal loading principle of the spiral drum of the coal winning machine,the traditional design characteristics of the main blade and loading blade in the drum design were studied,the defects of the traditional design were analyzed,and the possible reasons for the poor loading effect of small diameter drum were pointed out.By partially improving the structural design of the tail of the drum blades,the cutting blades,loading blades,and plow coal plate are welded together in a semi-closed structure,effectively suppressing coal from being thrown out from the tangential direction of the drum,reducing dust production,improving the loading capacity of the drum,and achieving an increase in loading rate.
