摘  要:针对井下膜分离制氮换热装置膜前温度精密稳控问题,设计了基于PID技术制氮换热装置自动调温控制系统,通过软件程序优化设计及控制器实时调整比例、积分和微分控制参数,实现快速响应PID参数自整定及高精度控制温度。试验表明:本系统针对不同种膜分别进行膜前48℃和52℃试验,温度上下偏差及稳定时间相差不大,并随着时间趋于稳定,从而实现制氮换热装置膜前温度恒温控制,具有算法简单易懂、稳定性较好、快速响应、高控制精度等特点。Aiming at the problem of precise temperature control before the membrane of the underground membrane separation nitrogen heat exchange device,an automatic temperature control system for the nitrogen heat exchange device based on PID technology was designed.Through software program optimization design and real-time adjustment of proportional,integral,and derivative control parameters by the controller,fast response PID parameter self-tuning and high-precision temperature control were achieved.The experiment showed that this system conducted pre-membrane tests at 48℃and 52℃for different types of membranes,with little difference in temperature deviation and stabilization time,and tended to stabilize over time,thus achieving constant temperature control of the pre-membrane temperature of the nitrogen heat exchange device.It has the characteristics of simple and easy to understand algorithm,good stability,fast response and high control accuracy.
