摘  要:为提高小直径滚筒工作时的截割效率,使滚筒截割能耗最低,通过采用离散元法建立小直径滚筒截割模拟模型,依据滚筒转速、截割线速度等为变量,滚筒截割比能耗、截割受载均值为反映值,结合响应面试验,分析截割参数与反映值间的相互关系,分析滚筒受载规律,利用模型优化,得出最佳截割参数,从而为硬质煤层小直径滚筒截割参数选取提供一定指导意义。In order to improve the cutting efficiency of small diameter drum during operation and minimize the cutting energy consumption of the drum,a simulation model of small diameter drum cutting was established using the discrete element method.Based on variables such as drum speed and cutting line speed,the cutting energy consumption ratio and cutting load mean of the drum were used as reflection values.Combined with response surface experiments,the relationship between cutting parameters and reflection values was analyzed,and the loading law of the drum was analyzed.The optimal cutting parameters were obtained by optimizing the model,providing certain guidance for the selection of cutting parameters for small diameter drum cutting in hard coal seams.
