摘  要:通过调研目前在用的煤矿无线顶板压力传感器现场使用情况,发现传感器普遍存在着电路功耗大,电池使用寿命过短,井下采煤工作面工况复杂,导致无线网络不稳定、数据丢失的情况,以及存在着都是定时回传数据、支架压力突变时的数据无法捕捉到的问题。设计了一种基于WAVEMESH自组网的煤矿无线矿压传感器,本传感器采用STM32单片机为主控单元,采用接力型自组网传输方式,可对采煤工作面支架前柱、后柱、前探梁等三路压力进行实时采集、现场显示以及数据实时传输,将井下矿压数据实时在地面监控机房上位机显示,在井下工作面工况环境不好时可定时存储传感器数据,待网络恢复后再将数据上传。本传感器具有功耗低、电池待机时间长、网络健壮性强、可捕捉压力突变数据、数据采集精度高等特点,在多座煤矿井下现场应用后,使用效果良好。Through research on the on-site use of wireless roof pressure sensors currently in use in coal mines,it was found that the sensors generally have problems such as high circuit power consumption,short battery life,complex working conditions of underground coal mining faces,unstable wireless networks,data loss,and the inability to capture data when there is a sudden change in support pressure due to timed data transmission.A wireless mine pressure sensor based on WAVEMESH self-organizing network was designed.The sensor adopts STM32 microcontroller as the main control unit and relay type self-organizing network transmission method.It can real-time collect,display and transmit the pressure of the front column,rear column,and front probe beam of the coal mining face support.The underground pressure data was displayed in real-time on the upper computer of the ground monitoring room.When the working environment of the underground working face is not good,the sensor data can be stored regularly and uploaded after the network was restored.This sensor has the characteristics of low power consumption,long battery standby time,strong network robustness,ability to capture sudden pressure changes data,and high data acquisition accuracy.After being applied in multiple coal mine sites,it has achieved good results.
